Terms of Service

The site is intended for adults who can enter into these terms. If you provide information about a child, family member, or other person, you confirm that you have the right and permission to share that information for the purpose of creating a storybook.

The site helps generate personalized story direction, artwork, and book details from the information you provide. You can continue through checkout when the next available batch is open, or reserve a spot if the current batch is sold out.

Final book specifications, production timing, taxes, shipping, refund rules, and fulfillment details will be provided before any completed book purchase. We may change, pause, or discontinue product features or batch availability.

You keep ownership of the family memories, names, descriptions, photos or audio you provide, and other personal details you submit. By submitting content, you give us permission to store, process, analyze, transform, and display it so we can create the interview, story structure, prompts, illustrations, book pages, reservation records, and related communications.

You agree not to submit content that is illegal, abusive, invasive of another person's privacy, infringing, or that you do not have permission to use. Do not submit sensitive medical, financial, legal, government ID, password, or account information.

Story text, summaries, image prompts, and illustrations may be generated with AI tools. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, or similar to output generated for other users. You are responsible for reviewing the book details before using them or deciding whether to reserve a spot.

Generated book materials are provided for personal and family evaluation. They are not professional advice, and they are not a guarantee of the exact content, art, format, or quality of the finished physical book.

The sold-out page may offer a refundable $5 reservation for the next available production batch. The current V2 reservation saves your place and records an early price of $79 instead of the expected $99 full book price.

The $5 reservation is not a completed book purchase and does not authorize us to charge the remaining book price without asking you first. If we are unable to make a spot available in the next batch, your $5 reservation is fully refundable.

Payments are processed through Stripe Checkout. We do not store full card numbers. Refunds, when issued, are processed through Stripe and may take time to appear depending on your payment method and financial institution.

If you opt into email notifications, we may email you book links, reservation confirmations, and storybook updates. If you opt into SMS updates, we may text you book updates. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages.

You may not misuse the site, attempt to access other users' sessions, interfere with generation or payment systems, scrape the service, submit malware or automated abuse, or use the site to create unlawful, harmful, exploitative, or infringing content.

The site design, branding, interface, code, templates, prompts, product copy, and non-user content belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse those materials except as allowed by law or with our permission.

The site is provided as is and as available. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free generation, perfect accuracy, specific artistic results, batch availability, or compatibility with every browser, device, email provider, or payment method.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, failed generation, delayed messages, unavailable previews, or payment-provider delays. Our total liability for claims related to a paid reservation will not exceed the amount you paid for that reservation.

We may update these terms as the product changes. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, when appropriate, provide additional notice.
